The Bartlett Arboretum teamed with the Bull's Head branch of Bank of America to plant 1,000 grasses, greens and shrubs at the median at Cold Spring Road. The City of Stamford funded the purchase of the materials, and supervised the work. The median is located at the heavily-trafficked portion of Cold Spring that connects High Ridge and Long Ridge roads.
